99% of digital order are delivered instantly after payment except in products where the delivery time frame is displayed in the product page before you order them. In rare cases, some orders may get flagged after payment by our security system for manual review, our team will review and complete it in maximum 8 hours. Please contact us if you completed the payment and didn't get your product after 12 hours nor get contacted by our team.

Yes, you can generate a one time virtual Mastercard from your Vodafone cash or smart wallet and use it to pay the order through “Visa/Master card” payment option in Vodafone Cash 1-Dial *9# 2-Online Payment 3-write the same amount of your order (remember there are about 3% processing fees added to card price) 4- confirm the transaction on vodafone cash 5-you will get SMS with Virtual Mastercard number to use in your payment in our application

First, you need to revise the product details for region and any special instructions. Then, you have to check if your account has the same region like the product. If you still have problem, click on report problem button and fill the support ticket form. We will be in touch shortly.

Most products don’t have expiry date and if they do, we must write it in the product description page.

You can redeem the code later but we always advise not to keep it more than 60 days.
